@MojangSupport I can’t log in to bedrock on my ps4 and I know it’s not my internet connection and i’ve tried to reset my password any ide how to fix this?

Please check your parental settings to make sure that cross-platform permissions have been granted. You can verify that in your account at Xbox.com. ^EG
