@MojangSupport Please let me know asap, I'd like for my daughter to be able to use what i bought her on her, this is ridiculous. If I don't hear back from someone, I'll be trying to reach out to an hr department or something...

This isn't a solution...this is a superficial attempt at customer service...can't sign in with or make a Microsoft acct, can't play the poorly updated version without being robbed of all the dlc originally purchased...your welcome for the free money. REPLY ONLY TO TROUBLESHOOT...
