@MojangSupport Hello. Was trying to login to my minecraft account and it fails. I haven't logged in in a while and I'm thinking it must be a bad password. What can I do now to have it reset?

I have visited that page. I never migrated to a Mojang account and if I ask to have my minecraft account username or password sent to me I never receive anything. The email address is sophiabaugh@charter.net Can you reset that back as a minecraft account so I can migrate it?
