@MojangSupport I'm play minecraft on Xbox and all my skins I purchased are available. When I searched for them it says I have to pay for them again. What's going on?

XBOX ONE is what I play minecraft on. I never made a minecraft account on PC. I made one after the you sent me the link to the article but it didn't do anything. I still can't use the skins I purchased on my xbox.
