@MojangSupport Hey, a while ago i purchased two skin packs and they’ve been working fine on both my xbox and switch but after a recent hotfix both seem to have been removed from my account and when i go to the store it says i can buy them again, how can I get them back...?

None of the articles on the website seem to cover the issue im having, Ive linked my microsoft account to my nintendo switch (and annoyingly i have to re do this everytime i launch the game) and even skins ive purchased on the switch aren’t showing up...?
