I can't sign in to my account on PS4 and it's saying that I've already signed in in another PS4 but I only have one and one account.

Can’t get the email request page to work properly, select language page reloads but no language selected, select again and the same thing happens. If you select language last it clears the whole form. I can’t play the game and I can’t get help for it either 😤
