@MojangSupport my wife and I are having a hard time claiming a Minecraft Win 10 key (we purchased back in 2013). It says you're out of free keys but to check back soon and we've been trying over the last week. Help?

Any update on a larger fix? This seems like a pretty big issue affecting alot of people. Community representative on Discord said it's a 1-2 month wait for a response which is pretty brutal. #mojangoutofcodes
