@MojangSupport ok so I've been trying to login to my Microsoft account on ps4 but I still get the account bug so I tried deleting my save data and now when I try to log in it wont go through any advice?

Please check your internet connectivity if you're still having login issues. You should also check your parental settings to make sure that cross-platform permissions have been granted. You can verify that in your account at Xbox.com. ^EG
