@MojangSupport my friend is having trouble signing in with the Microsoft account on PS4. There's an error that keeps popping up for him. Is there a way that we can fix it?

Please check your internet connectivity if you're still having login issues. You should also check your parental settings to make sure that cross-platform permissions have been granted. You can verify that in your account at Xbox.com. ^EG
