I can't get my copy of Minecraft for Win10 & @MojangSupport has not helped. Contacted them last week. No response. Contacted Microsoft support @MicrosoftHelps. No help there. Many users are getting the same error: bit.ly/2Sfk6cx What's wrong here?? #mojangoutofcodes

We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG

How long will it take to resolve this? I received another email saying that you are working through a backlog of requests? I've been waiting for about two weeks since my first ticket was created, and five days since the second one was created.
