See that's the bigger issue. I have transaction ids for my realms but I got this as a gamestop card pre 2011 when I was still a kid and it's most likely long gone. If I have it I'll let you know but I gotta get back into my existing account to at the very least turn off realms.

Well I submitted a request but without my transaction Id cause I got that years ago. I hope they answer in a reasonable time and can get me my account back
