@MojangSupport I just got Minecraft bedrock for the ps4 and now whenever the cursor goes over any new selection or stays in one spot for a while, the game starts to announce what is selected in a computer like voice. Can this be fixed?

Hi Mojang, I'm having a big problem with my minecraft ps4 edition... After I upgraded to this new version (Bedrock Edition) I lost all the things I had already bought, such as texture pack, mash-ups and mini game maps... Can you help me?
