@MojangSupport bought the restricted skin pack for the farmer skin and it isn’t letting us equip any. Help

This isn’t helpful. I’m asking why it won’t let me pick w skin that I paid money for and what ‘platform locked’ means. It says I can’t roam with it and idk what that means. Why can’t I use a skin I paid for.
