@MojangSupport I've been trying to claim my free windows 10 edition code for the past week, I tried emailing you a few days ago and am still yet to receive any information. When can we expect to have our free windows 10 codes?

I'm less concerned about my specific case, a lot more concerned that nobody can claim their free windows 10 edition of Minecraft. Is this a thing that is being worked on at all? Without any information it really feels like you guys don't care if it works or not.
