@MojangSupport i'm on ps4 bedrock 1.15 and it says "failed to load character x" for each of the 5 character slots. My character now defaults to Alex or Steve. Whenever i try to change the skin of my character the game freezes and crashes. Minecraft store works fine. Please help?
