@MojangSupport if I have a PS4 world in Minecraft can access this world on the Android Minecraft app?

You can't just yet as Realms are not available for PS4. However when they become available you will be able to transfer the worlds. Read more on how here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^SC
