@MojangSupport Hello, my friend bought me a minecraft account and i was playing on it for a about a month, everything was fine i played on multiple servers and it was just good overall, then suddenly yesterday when i tried to log on, it says i dont own the game, im very confused

Thanks, If i do not have the transaction ID, can i show proof that i had the account? through screenshots of my friend buying it for me? Or anything like that? I'll see if i have my transaction ID, and is it possible to fix this glitch? it happend to many of my friends. thank you
