Sooo @Mojang and @MojangSupport my minecraft bedrock edition ps4 has been stuck in this loading screen for so long i tried everything and it doesn't work help me nooooow!!!

Im sorry but i can't because there is nothing for ps4 pls can we talk through tweeter and if we can't my problem with ps4 bedrock edition is: that the loading takes way too long for me it actually takes hours of waiting and it still doesn't load im not lying this is crazy...😤
