@MojangSupport Hi, I last night I brought mine coins on my Nintendo switch to buy realm plus. I was able to buy realm plus but my realm give me an error message saying the purchase succeeded and it could not create my realm. What should I do?

How long does it take for someone to get back to an email. I sent the email about a week ago and have had nothing back. Is there any other way to get it touch?
