@MojangSupport So I’ve played Minecraft for a long time now and I bough a skin pack and a mash up pack ( skin pack 1 and the Chinese mythology pack ) and after my download finished for the bedrock update and after I signed in ( I had a account before because of Minecraft earth )

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with skins. Please try updating your version to the recently released update and try again. If you're still having trouble, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see ^RS
