@MojangSupport I am having trouble connecting to my Microsoft account on PS4, i have been receiving an “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong” screen. any help? @Minecraft

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please try updating your version to the recently released update and try again. If you're still having trouble, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see ^RS

i tried updating and it says “the installed application is at the latest version” is it version 2.00?
