We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG

There are hundreds of users posting to your twitter with this issue, not just myself, and the email support team has not responded to emails for any of those users. Additionally, uncovering a transaction ID for a purchase from 2011 is near impossible for many people at this point

@MojangSupport This issue is not limited to guitar's account, it is affecting everyone at the moment. A support ticket will not resolve the issue, plenty of people have been waiting on a response for over a month now. We need to know what you guys are doing to resolve this issue.
