@MojangSupport I still can’t access my original Minecraft earth character ever since the Cross-Plat Update!

If you were affected by the previous login & content loss issues earlier, please restart your game fully as the fix requires a game restart. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues. Thanks for your patience & understanding ^EG

Im still unable to access my previous content and level and now I cannot even play the game anymore. It just rests on a continuous loading while I see a default character and sometimes trees. Please help. I would like to be able to play again.
