@MojangSupport Help! I have lost mine coins out of MCEarth and it reset my entire game so I lost everything I have built/collected all my rubies and my levels in Earth. Now I have gone to play on PS4 and have lost all my tokens and my skin in both versions how do I get these back

If you were affected by the previous login & content loss issues earlier, please restart your game fully as the fix requires a game restart. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues. Thanks for your patience & understanding ^EG

I have updated everything on both the PS4 and my mobile but I seem to have lost everything except my skin, on MCEarth and am starting from scratch and I am now getting a general error on PS4 when I load minecraft and I can't open it at all it gets to the menu screen then crashes
