@MojangSupport I have been trying to get windows 10 Minecraft since I bought java back in 2010. But whenever I try to use the code it says it’s already been redeemed. I already went through your transaction ID forum and the windows 10 one. Emails don’t get responses either.

We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG
