@MojangSupport After updating Minecraft PlayStation 4 Edition to the new Bedrock edition, a large number of previously purchased texture and mashup packs have gone missing from my purchase history. Will this be fixed?

Please try updating the version to the recently released update and try again. If you're still having trouble, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see ^RS
