@MojangSupport ever since the ps4 update I can't access any purchased packs!! I've spent actual money on this and now it's down the drain, I've linked my account and now it's not working!! thanks a lot!

Try updating your version to the recently released update and try again. If you're still having trouble, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see ^RS
