@MojangSupport Hey what's going on with my minecraft windows 10 edition? I purchased minecraft java edition a long time ago, but every time I try to get my free code to be able to play on windows 10 edition cross-platform, I get messages saying there's no more codes??? WTF

We can assist with Windows 10 codes once you've sent us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…. Remember to attach your Transaction ID for the Java account. ^EG

People have been sending emails for over a month now, so did I. There's no response. You need to fix this issue immediately.
