@Minecraft @MojangSupport Hey Mojang. You're website is still showing no codes for users trying to get Minecraft for Windows 10 who've owned the game since 2011. Please fix this soon, we want to play Bedrock Edition. Hundreds of us are waiting.

I have, 4 weeks ago as well as another one 2 weeks ago. Seems this problem has been persisting since the first week of November with no replies from the support team.
