@MojangSupport I’ve now submitted two tickets and still no response. I purchased master collection and didn’t receive 7 of the items that come with it. They show in marketplace but don’t show I own them and want me to pay. Not happy. It was Saturday when I purchased it.

So is there any idea when a ticket is reviewed? It’ll be a week soon, with the only contact being an email acknowledgment.
