@MojangSupport no response from support emails for 3 weeks. I have a legacy account and I can't access my old purchase of MC. This wait time is ludicrous for something that I own.

Your copy/paste response doesn't help me or the "backlog" of other tickets. I want what I paid for. @Minecraft clearly doesn't care about its customers
