@MojangSupport I am trying to upgrade my java edition of Minecraft to the Windows 10 version so I can play with my friends on PS4 but it says that mojang is temporarily out of free codes. I made my account in 2015 or something so I am eligible for the upgrade. Just want to play!!

I'm having the same problem, and am unable to find your email at that link. Additionally, no Transaction ID is shown when this error occurs. It simply says that you guys have run out of codes.
