Hey I tried about 20ish times concerting a world and it always crashes at 92% the world shows it finished but when loaded most of the stuff was overwritten

Every time I try to sign into my Microsoft account a message saying "We tried to sign in to your Microsoft Account, but something went Wrong" FYI this is on PS4
