I’m still waiting to hear from @MojangSupport after filing a complaint for an in app purchase on the 1st December, we’re now on the 10th... 😡😡😡

I purchased it on the iOS app not via Xbox live, she does have an Xbox account attached to it though. I have checked both and it’s not on either device.
