@MojangSupport @Mojang I just bought minecraft with my new account and it still will not stop crashing my game before it loads why is this doing this?

If you're referring to the Java edition, Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID. If you're referring to any other edition, for refunds, please contact the store where it was purchased. ^RS
