@MojangSupport I have a old Microsoft account and i'm needing to transfer my windows minecraft edition across to my new one. i've input my code where it say already claim can you help please.

There isn't a way to transfer purchases made under one Microsoft Account to another Microsoft Account. You'll need to continue to use the same Microsoft account if you want to download the game again. ^RS
