@MojangSupport I've been having problems with minecraft windows 10 edition not being able to use custom skins when I play on multiplayer servers. (I always look like someone else)

Try signing out, restart your device, then sign back in. If you are still having trouble and think you've found a bug, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see. ^RS

It’s always affects our whole group when we game, when we sign in the skins we have don’t work and we look like each other’s skins. There are also issues when we try to use custom skins, half the time they don’t register.
