@MojangSupport I'm trying to subscribe to Realms+ on Nintendo Switch but when I click Start your FREE 30-day trial, it tells me I don't have enough Minecoins. The price it shows is store.realmsPlus.errorNoOffer. I've opened a ticket but heard nothing for days.

This is the response I get from Nintendo support: "that seems to be an issue with Mojang. We do not have the tools to look at in game currency and that is not an offer from Nintendo so we have no way of looking at that and assisting on this matter."
