@MojangSupport I have a rather complicated issue and I tried sending a ticket on the MC website for months and still nothing.. Please help.. :(

Is there anyone I can speak to so I can try to explain my situation? I've filled out multiple tickets throughout 2019, but it saddens me because I'm unable to explain the situation and what I can do to resolve my problem. I appreciate even the slightest bit of contact/replies.
