@MojangSupport Hi I bought Minecraft for Windows 10 yesterday but I can't get it installed on my windows 10 pc. Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

I can't find any helpfull input. Is there anyway I can get some support? My game basicly doesn't download. Can't I switch for the java edition?

It appears that the wrong version of Minecraft (for Xbox?) was linked to my account (I want it for Windows 10 PC). Can I do anything to get the right version?! Or maybe the Java version instead?!
