@mojangsupport my son’s PC Minecraft has disappeared. He bought it a few years ago, hasn’t played in a while. He has a Mojang account and logged in but can’t see what to do next. Importing an account doesn’t seem to work. Not impressed that it seems to want us to pay again! Help!
