@MojangSupport Trying to contact you guys on not recieving the email to change my password or any help from the support on the minecraft.net website. I have my transaction ID but have recieved no help ever since my request was submitted.

Still no response and its been a month. Anybody going to do something? It's irritating how long it takes for you to respondcto tickets and i have sent multiple over the past month and half. Absolutely irritating.
