@MojangSupport can’t get access to our realm we have renewed it and it is still saying expired it has been almost 24hrs since renewal how long does it usually take for them to reactivate after renewal

How do I find my transaction ID as I downloaded minecraft bedrock edition for free as I owned the Xbox one edition and when the new version was released I was able to get it for free
