@MojangSupport hey I just recently got back into Minecraft and have had it since 2013. I can’t download the windows 10 edition even though I’m qualified for it. Please help.

I’m afraid that you may be waiting for months, just like the rest of us. CS is awful :-/ At this point, one doesn’t ever expect to receive a response.

Months?! That is literally unacceptable of any customer service! I expected the normal 3-5 business days but not months! How can it take months? I’ve had 3rd party game app support take less time than that!

I've also having this problem for the past few years and never got it resolved. I would like to have my copy of win 10 edition but when i enter the code into the Microsoft store it says I've already used my key. I have two Minecraft accounts a neither key works.
