@MojangSupport I literally had 860 Minecoins. I bought some outfits for my character creator, But I still couldn't get the outfit, seeing how it is still locked behind Minecoin paywall and yet, my minecoin was USED up down to 400!!! I'm very frustrated and upset...

That's the thing, I DID send a email over at Help.Minecraft.net and nobody even responded not since I created it on last thursday. And about the transaction ID, I've tried buying Creeper Jersey and Shirt with tanktop. All it gave me was failed to buy and my coins was used.
