so let me get this straight the only way I can contact you about figure out what "EMAIL my account is connected" to is to use your site and us the "EMAIL my account is connected". you could have just tell me to go **** myself and buy a new copy and saved us both some time

does the site you sent me even work? it's been almost a month and the only reply I got was "We're currently working through a bit of a backlog but we'll get back to you very soon! Thank you for contacting us." shortly after i emailed them. how is 24 days "very soon"
