@MojangSupport I have been waiting over a week to receive a password reset email. Im not sure if my account was hacked and the email was changed or what happened but i would prefer it be fixed asap as I am unable to even log into the game. I have my Transaction ID and everything.

Unacceptable. Shouldn't be hard to send a simple password reset email. Having to wait so long for something so simple is just ridiculous. Make the game free or provide free accounts or refunds or literally anything. Shouldnt have to pay for a game whos support staff 1/10
