@MojangSupport Hi there, I just purchased the Java version of Minecraft rather than the Bedrock version by accident, and I am unable to request a refund currently. Can I get some assistance? The Mojang support site is currently no use, as is Microsoft Support.

Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/β¦ and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID. In the meantime, you can purchase the Windows 10 Edition separately from the Microsoft Store for apps on Windows 10. ^RS
