@MojangSupport When can i expect to get an answer on my support request? I send one the day the new support system arrived, and one 3 months before that on the old support system. I haven't been able to play for nearly a half year, because I'm not getting a respond.

It doesn't look like I recieved an email confirmation with my support request confirmation number after I send my newest support request, and I can't find it by logging into my account either since my problem is with logging in. Is there any other way to retrieve my number?
