@MojangSupport For the past week, my Minecraft account can't connect to my Realms. Well, it can, but no matter how good my signal is, the bar is always at 1 and the ping is so bad I can't even play Survival. What is going on? Are the servers just bad or something?

I did visit it, and I have done everything to try and get it fixed, but the connection to Realms is still horrendous. What's going on, I thought this was supposed to be better than subscriptions?! Pls answer my ticket already.
